Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS FOR PRIVATE BOOKINGS

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time for private bookings.

Cancellations for personal readings are refundable if made within 24 hours before the scheduled reading. No-shows for private appointments are non-refundable and payment is forfeited.

The Wheel of the Year bookings are not refundable after the first reading is complete.

If your cancellation or rescheduling request is made after the required time limit for doing so, payment will be forfeited. Please be sure you want to schedule an appointment or service before you begin the scheduling process. Requests must be made through email.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS FOR PRIVATE EVENTS

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days for privately booked events and parties and 14 days if the event takes place on a high demand dates (holidays and weekends in July/August/December). 

All events are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled 7 days in advance, or 14 days for high demand dates (holidays and weekends in July/August/December). If your cancellation or rescheduling request is made after the required time limit for doing so, payment will be forfeited.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your refund request has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued according to the method you paid (cash, e-transfer, or Square) and you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund minus a transaction fee set by the payment platform will be completed via the original payment method.

All gift card purchases are final sale. However, they can be transferred to another recipient if need be.
